WeHCM requests access to your Google account solely to authenticate your identity and securely link your Google account to your WeHCM user profile. When you sign in with Google, we request only your email address and name — we do not access your Google contacts, emails, files, calendar, or any other Google data.
The email and name retrieved from Google are used exclusively for:
- Verifying your identity and granting secure access to the platform
- Creating or linking your WeHCM user account
- Displaying your name within the app for collaboration features
