1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to WeHCM. By accessing or using our Human Capital Management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the service. Your continued use of WeHCM constitutes your acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

WeHCM is a cloud-based enterprise Human Capital Management platform that provides tools for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, attendance, leave, compensation, training, and offboarding. The service is available to authorized users who have been invited or provisioned by their organization's administrators.

3. Account Access and Authentication

Access to WeHCM is restricted to invited and authorized users. You may authenticate using your email and password, or by signing in with your Google account. When using Google sign-in, you authorize WeHCM to access your basic Google profile information (email address and name) for authentication purposes only, as described in ourPrivacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify your administrator immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, system internals, or administrative features.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including servers, networks, or security measures.
• Upload, store, or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use the platform to process payroll or HR data in a manner that violates applicable labor, tax, or data protection laws.
• Share, sell, or otherwise distribute another user's personal information without authorization.

5. Your Data and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of all workforce and HR data you enter into WeHCM. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the data you submit. Your organization's administrators are responsible for configuring access permissions, approval workflows, and data retention settings in accordance with your internal policies and applicable regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The WeHCM platform, including its software, design, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of its developers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without express authorization.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or business interruption resulting from service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

WeHCM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Organizations are responsible for reviewing payroll and HR outputs before finalization.

9. Termination

Your organization's administrators may revoke your access at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of WeHCM after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
